Gensa is a family lifestyle platform for parents and guardians. The team behind it has been writing for and with local families since 2013 — first as Brooklyn Bridge Parents, now as Gensa Family LLC. Trust has been the whole job from the start, and privacy is part of how we keep it.

What Gensa does

  • We do not sell or share parent data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We don't build profiles of individual children.
  • We don't share your conversations with third parties for AI training.
  • Vendors who pay to reach Gensa parents only see aggregated cohorts — never individual parents, families, or households.
  • When you delete your account, your identifiable data is removed.

What we do, in short

We collect the information you give us at signup, the family attributes you choose to share, your activity on Gensa, and standard technical information your browser sends. We use it to make Gensa more useful for your family. We work with a small set of service providers under contract, only for the data each one needs to do its job.

Children

Gensa is intended for adults — parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do collect general family attributes you choose to share, attached to your parent profile, so we can recommend relevant content. There is no separate child profile or child user on Gensa.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and Google Analytics to understand how parents use Gensa.

Your rights

You can see, correct, or delete your data. To delete your account, use account settings. For everything else — a copy of your data, corrections, restrictions, or any privacy question — email privacy@gensa.family. We respond within the timeline required by applicable privacy law.

Changes

When we update this page, we change the “Last updated” date above. For changes that affect how we use your data, we notify account holders by email.
