Prenatal & Postpartum Personal Training

Pre & postnatal specific exercise is more than simply modify your usual workout. We intentionally train for what you're experiencing: increased core and pelvic floor demand, joint instability, hormone fluctuations, postpartum recovery, and the long-haul strength required from pregnancy through motherhood. Every movement is intentionally chosen, rooted in research and tailored to the phase you’re in.
