Over in District 15, inventory pulled back to 69 active listings from 102 the month prior. Contract activity held firm at 46, compared to 57 in October, showing that buyers are still engaging despite tighter supply. Closings landed at 49, a modest decline from last month’s 57 but still signaling healthy momentum as we wrap up 2025.
The Brooklyn market continues to shrug off the noise, interest rate speculation, election chatter, and all the headlines that suggest a slowdown. The reality on the ground is different: buyers remain active, and well-priced homes continue to move. Mortgage rates are hovering just under 6%, and while volatility in the treasury market keeps everyone guessing, demand hasn’t shown signs of plummeting.
As we head into the final stretch of the year, both buyers and sellers are finding more clarity. And as always, we’re here to help the Brooklyn Bridge Parents community plan for what’s ahead, whether you’re thinking about listing this winter or mapping out a move in 2026.
