Flex Out

This program is designed to provide a fun and engaging space for youth to explore movement, build confidence, and develop their creativity through dance. There would be games, music, food, and volunteer opportunities if you’d like to help out. And it’s every Saturday too, so you could always come back. We’d love for you and your kids to take advantage of this opportunity!
